Bought a Pilot 2 mos ago and it has been the worst experience. The vehicle was not cleaned at all when I picked it up. It was cleaned 2 weeks later although it had a recall, it wasn't cleaned. Called experience. The vehicle was not cleaned at all when I picked it up. It was cleaned 2 weeks later although it had a recall, it wasn't cleaned. Called because the key said it needs a new battery and was told it cost $6. I was told they don't know if the battery was good or not. Sheesh next time I'll go to another Honda dealer!! More
