Daniel I had a chance to speak with your wife on Saturday when she got to the dealership and found out the Honda Civic Si was sold. I had asked if she wanted to put money down or if she had planned on taking it home. She said yes and made it out like we had done wrong? Unfortunately, everything that was explained by my staff was that you wanted a $14,000 vehicle, that you had many to look at, and for us to sharpen our pencil. Therefore, we had no money down towards purchase of this vehicle or did we agree to a price on this vehicle. I do apologize that the vehicle was sold by the time you got to our dealership but it was literally within the last 15 minutes of you getting here. As a large dealer group that has been in business for over 80 years, “we are in the business of selling cars, and yes that is what we do!” But in our community and to our customers we do more than that. We are a sponsor and provider to many activities that support young individuals and those less fortunate. To our customers we take care of them after the sale and develop relationships with their families. Jon Flowers filled up your tank; not to show we did wrong and not because the Civic was sold, but to do something nice since you have driven so far to look at a vehicle. We value all of our customers, locally and out of the state.
