2018 Winnebago Travato on a Ram Promaster 3500 chassis. This is the 2nd time that the service department failed to put the correct air pressure in my tires. The first time I fixed their mistake trying to This is the 2nd time that the service department failed to put the correct air pressure in my tires. The first time I fixed their mistake trying to use my bicycle tire pump & burned it up trying to put 80 lbs in my back tires. This time I asked my service advisor if they put the tire pressure specified in the door for my particular vehicle which is 65 lbs front & 80 lbs rear & she answered in the affirmative. Halfway home my low tire pressure warning light came on. I was going to get gas and decided to use the air pump @ BJ’s. It only went to 70 lbs & I couldn’t even get the 70 lbs to go in. They sent me down the road to Discount Tire thinking they could do 80 lbs. They had the exact same tire pump. I checked what the pressure was that they sent me home with. It was 70 in the front & 60 in the rear (a full 20 lbs below what’s stated in the door). Called my sercice advisor first thing next morning & left a message requesting this be fixed. Waited for a return call & none came. Went to dealership to express my frustration & problem was corrected. There seems to be a big problem @ this dealership working on anything other than an Amazon delivery van & this needs to be corrected by training the service technician on the difference between a 9,000 lb camper van & an Amazon delivery van. I’m considering going to another dealership but it’s further from my house. More

Not too pleased with my serivce. They don’t follow up with calls and very disorganized set up at the dealership its self cars just randomly parked anywhere.
