First off I usually network for everything I do and buy. Not this time. We had previously purchased a dodge minivan at Hondru Dodge in Elizabethtown...can't say we had the greatest experience and I doubt we will be going back. After coming to CVM w/no intentions on purchasing a new truck, just looking and to see the value of my current truck...I walked away w/a new truck that should meet my needs for a while.(towing a new camper trailer, dogs, kids etc) I was very shocked at how I was brought into the Sales managers office to go over the value of my current vehicle and the deal he laid out for me for a new truck. Very little negotiations to be made. Then going through the finance department w/Ed was a pleasant experience. He actually made it fun to sign all those forms. As a side note, they worked with me as I purchased a cap from another business and helped me with that process. I have had the vehicle just over 24 hours but I can say I walked away feeling very good about the overall experience. That is saying allot as I myself was in insurance sales and customer service for over 19 yrs...very hard to please me and with customer service like this...my wife is already thinking of a new Dodge minivan from CVM. i first met jeff when my mom bought a xterra from him and i just liked the way he treated us that time. from right then an there when i was ready to buy a new vehicle i was going to go to cvm and have jeff a i just liked the way he treated us that time. from right then an there when i was ready to buy a new vehicle i was going to go to cvm and have jeff as my salesperson. just last week i decided i wanted to look for a new vehicle so of course i went to cvm and had jeff. when i walked into the place jeff greated us we got right to work trying to find the right dodge nitro at the right price. not only did he find me the perfect nitro he got it for me at a great price. the whole time i was at cvm jeff made me an my mom feel very welcome even to the point of making my mom a fresh pot of coffee cause they were out an it was very late in the afternoon. it was a completly different feeling at cvm, cause a couple month ago i was looking at jeep liberty at sheivley motors an i didnt get the same respect up there as i did at cvm with jeff. sheivley motors i think were looking at a 21 year old an thats why there finance guy didnt try as hard as ed post did. so thanks to jeff and ed for a wonderful car buying experence. I walked in to look at a Ford F150 Fx4 and it was sold. They encouraged me to look at a Dodge 1500 Woodsman. From the moment I walked in I was treated with respect. Most dealerships I had visited all they saw was a kid. I am 29 but look about 20. The staff was able to see that I had a sense of humor and I love that about people. I was introduced to Jeff and we started looking at the Dodge Journey which was the reason for the visit. He showed my the CUV and then we test drove. After some time and number crunching we settled on a price, but I still wanted to think about it. I ended up going back the next day to sign the papers. It ended up taking too long and I had to go to work. With out signing the paperwork they let me take the car for the rest of the weekend and then I went back Monday. Monday I signed the paperwork had the the one thing I wanted looked at, looked at and I was on my way. As I was driving I realized the problem wasn't fixed it was the wheel alignment. The problem was fixed when I went back that Wednesday. I am very happy with how the dealership and all the people did everything they could to make me happy. My last little worry is that my other car loan has not been paid yet. CVM is looking into that now. All in all I would definately go back to them for my next vehicle. More
Jeff was accommodating from the first day my wife and I met him. On that first day, I explained to Jeff, that we were merely wanting to test drive a Charger and a Challenger for a future purchase once I re met him. On that first day, I explained to Jeff, that we were merely wanting to test drive a Charger and a Challenger for a future purchase once I returned from an approaching deployment to the middle east. Following our test drives, Jeff gave us the only 2011 Charger brochure they had in the show room. Since I received a promotion and will more than not likely deploy now, my wife and I returned a month later to begin working out the numbers with Jeff for the purchase of a Charger. My main focus on this purchase was to get the car I wanted at the monthly payment I could afford. Jeff was patient enough to run at least three payment plans for us on the Charger and an Avenger. At the end, We walked away with our 2011 Dodge Charger Rallye. My wife and I love it (even though it's white). It was Jeff's dedication to his job and the high level of motivation and friendliness that made our experience enjoyable. More
Proud new owner of a 2011 Ram 1500 Sport!!! Absolutley love the truck. Jeff and Jon worked very hard to accomplish this and put me in a truly awesome piece of engineering. They take the extra step to ensure the customer is truely satisfied at the end to the day. This is the first truck purchase from CVM and when I am in the market again this is where I will be going. I look forward to stopping by the dealership for the much needed accessories and a touch of good old humor. Thank god they dont charge for the entertainment...I know I couldnt afford the admission at the door. Thanks to all of you at CVM for providing the Cumberland Valley Area with excellent service. This was our 4th dodge purchase from CVM. Not only are we happy with the dodge products but the dealership is by far the easiest to work with. The service center is always great. My salesman this time, Jeff Lang, was friendly, open, honest and quite funny. He made the buying experience fun. Since this was our 4th purchase, we were treated with respect as repeat buyers and given the best price possible without the haggling.
