One of the main reasons that I continue to service my cars at CVM is because of the people in your Service area. Since I am also friendly with some local Dillsburg Service Garages where I live, I do hav cars at CVM is because of the people in your Service area. Since I am also friendly with some local Dillsburg Service Garages where I live, I do have alternatives to CVM. My family loves the Dodge Caravan and will probably always have one in our family and your Service Dept personnel, especially Kate Reed, is the reason that we will always maintain our vehicles at CVM as well. I trust Kate and the folks she works with in your Service Dept to identify my maintenance needs at the time my vehicles are in the shop. I don't worry about getting charged for things that are not required. I keep my vehicles for approximately 10 years so maintaining them is very important to me. Therefore, finding a friendly and trustworthy Service Dept Staff is very important to me. Kate and the rest of the Staff deserve to be recognized and I hope that CVM realizes that they are building a great reputation for the Dealership. Tom Gaglione More

I have been going to CVM for years (5+). Even when my company no longer supplied its employees with Dodge vehicles, I made an effort to ensure that we could continue to go to this location (Chevy)for its company no longer supplied its employees with Dodge vehicles, I made an effort to ensure that we could continue to go to this location (Chevy)for its high level of customer service (Kate, Wil, Doug) and timely service. It is not often that you can call a dealership your favorite place to have service performed, but I highly recommend CVM. First class service department, first class service advisors and first class maintainence. More

The staff was very courteous, knowledgeable but most importantly patient. They didn't pressure my husband and I at all. I really love vintage/classic cars and since 'Vanishing Point' is one of my favorite movies and stars one of the most famous vehicles of all times....THE DODGE CHALLENGER, I couldn't help but want one when Dodge came out with the new line. If it weren't for the year of my Challenger being 2012, I would swear I was driving the one from the movie :). At any rate, once I drove the V8, I was in love. I got the color and price I wanted. That all changed the moment that I picked up the phone and called CVM. I was able to set up an appointment that same day and when I got there, I was welcomed to the showroom by Jon Sundell and was introduced to Jesse Lee. Jesse was able to show me exactly what I wanted and was able to answer my long list of questions. I worked w/ Jesse on getting the right price for my trade in and they were able to show me incentives that I was able to get that no other dealership mentioned. The only problem was that I was looking for a very specific style of car and color and they were hard to come by. That did not stop the men at CVM...they called around to every dealership within 100 miles and were able to locate my car and had it quickly shipped to their showroom. Amazing service through and through!!! Forgot to mention...each time I was there I had my children with me and they were so excited about the dealership, they didn't want to leave! CVM has a customer for life! More
