My wife and I were traveling from Florida when I experienced a check engine light. I used my code reader and found it was the EGR valve. The hotel found your dealership. She told me to bring the car in and they would look at it. They confirmed the problem and quickly replaced the valve and updated the PCM. About an hour and one half later we were back on the road. I walked into CVM Dodge one day with my heart set on a Ram. Tim Long came right out to the lot and talked to me about what I was looking for. After finally realizing that that truck was not the best idea as far as gas mileage, I came back the next day looking for a new Dart. I met up with Tim again and told him what I was looking for now. Tim took me out to the lot and looked at all of the Darts that they had. He was very professional and knowledgable. He gave me the option of ordering one I wanted or looking to see if other dealers had one they could pick up for me. Tim looked immediately and found the exact car I wanted in Maryland. He did reserve it for me; however, the dealership in Maryland sold it out from under us. Before I even knew about them selling it, Tim hurried up and found another Dart exactly like it in New Jersey. Once the car was delivered to CVM, Tim answered all questions I had about the Dart. He walked me through everything including features of the car, warranty, how to go about logging services to the car, etc. Any questions he could not answer, he immediately found out and answered them for me. Only being 19 myself, Tim did not try to take advantage of me like I knew other salesmen would try to. Also, after all of the salespeople I have met going with my mom to buy her cars, Tim was one of the best. He was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and prompt. Even after I drove off the lot, Tim checked in on how the car was running for me and if I had any questions. Ed Post was the next employee I met with for all of the paperwork involved in buying a new car. He was also very personable and professional. He made me feel good about buying this car, even though I was spending all of this money. Ed worked with me on getting my payments to where I wanted them and got me the best warranty possible on the new Dart. Overall, my experience at CVM was very good and I would recommend Tim and Ed to anyone I know. More

Best group of people ever to work with to purchase my first brand new vehicle! We didn't feel the need to haggle prices because after looking at so many cars, we knew they were giving us a great deal right away. We got a very fair price for a trade in and the salesman actually searched the car and saved us a few things we forgot in the car. Overall, just an amazing car buying experience. We couldn't be happier and would recommend CVM and Mike to anyone looking for a new or used car. More
On our trip to Florida this past week towing an RV with our 2007 Dodge Ram we experienced major steering problems on a Saturday morning. We called around to find an open Dodge dealer and found CVM Autopark, and had our truck towed there. Wil Hudson of the service dept and his staff had the problem diagnosed as well as some other potential problems by the time they closed at 1PM. They then ordered the needed parts early Monday morning and had the truck ready for our pickup by mid-morning on Tuesday allowing us to continue our Florida trip. To say that Wil went above & beyond what we ever expected is an understatement. Rarely have we ever received such incredible service. Way to go Wil Hudson and the rest of the CVM Autopark service staff for a great ending to a stressful time! More

I began my search for a very specific Challenger at a different dealer and was dissatisfied. Having purchased an Outback at CVM for my wife (a positive experience), I decided to give them a call. Jon Su different dealer and was dissatisfied. Having purchased an Outback at CVM for my wife (a positive experience), I decided to give them a call. Jon Sundell and I began a lengthy process of finding me what I was looking for and was unusually conscientious in keeping me updated—something I GREATLY appreciated. There were several setbacks and delays, none of which had to do with CVM. Jon also worked very hard to offset these issues by finding me outstanding savings in rebates, helping to make an expensive (for me) and life-changing purchase almost easy to accomplish. All of the staff we worked with were helpful and easy to talk to and we greatly appreciated the pet-friendly atmosphere. It was actually essential given that both my wife and I were needed to sign paperwork. We brought all 4 of our dogs and multiple members of the staff visited with them and helped us. I’ve had a single service experience since my purchase and Doug Smith has been an excellent, capable representative who is also very conscientious in returning correspondence. It’s not often you feel this comfortable making such a large purchase but I would recommend CVM for either a Subaru or Dodge and I’m sure their Volkswagen staff is of the same caliber. More
