This dealership is run very poorly. I purchased a Wrangler from them and had a scheduled delivery. I gave them a deposit on the incoming car in December of 2022, the car was due in the spring. I reached out to the salesperson in June as I had not heard anything. He said the cars were taking longer to come in but it should be soon. He then reaches out July 25 by text and tells me the car came in and they sold it to someone else. They had my deposit for over 7 months, sold the car out from under me, and not even a call from management. I am official done with Faulkner CDJR. More
