My new service advisor, Emily Henry, is through and effective in anticipating and handling my needs. She just started recently but has hit the ground running. She is pert and personable. Longtime cashier Tammy continues to be welcoming and efficient. The new customer waiting lounge is attractive and comfortable which was not the case during renovations last summer when there was virtually no waiting area but for a few mismatched uncomfortable chairs.
