On June 6th we were traveling from Philadelphia to Oak Ridge TN trailering boats. The brakes on the truck went on the PA Turnpike so we got off in Carlise where we found Cumberland Valley Dodge. We arrived at 1 PM and explained our situation to Kate Reed who from the beginning was very understanding of our situation and did what she could do to help the repair. The truck ended up needing parts they did not have in stock but without hesitation ordered them asap. The amount of work needed was a full days work but Will and Kate worked together and with their mechanics to jump on the job and have it completed by 7 PM so that we could be on our way to Oakridge. Both mechanics stayed after their shift was over to help us in our difficult service. Each time we were given bad news about the repair Kate made sure that it was followed with good news. Getting us back on the road at 7 PM allowed for 75 high school students to compete in their rowing competition. Will and Kate run a top notch service department, along iwth the mechanics. All worked together and made for a very horrible experience lined with a good ending. We can not thank the two of them enough. More
