Odometer at (OD@) 80,089 miles. Subsequent to inspection, including their 26 point check, engine light came on — Feb 1, 2024, OD@ 81,300 ~ 1,200 miles later. Diagnostics appt 02/14/24 ~ OD@ 81,361, “Detector-Evaporative System” and “Seal-vapor canister” replaced — under life time service contract. And, advised ti replace rear brakes and rotors. ???? Brakes inspection required at annual inspection — 1,272 miles ago! How is it that now they need replaced? Other item from annual inspection visit was all fluid levels — including washer fluid. And, they said “topped off,” but just a few months later I had to add 1 gallon plus two cups! Hummmm! More
We had an appointment at 10:00am for inspection of our 2022 Ram 1500. Everything went smoothly. In and out in about one and a half hours. Very satisfied. Personal, Jalen Johnson, was very friendly. 2022 Ram 1500. Everything went smoothly. In and out in about one and a half hours. Very satisfied. Personal, Jalen Johnson, was very friendly. More
Recent trip for what I thought was warranty work turned into a failed visit, resulting in 3 days without my car (I was not offered a loaner), and nothing fixed. In addition, they overcharged me $153. The into a failed visit, resulting in 3 days without my car (I was not offered a loaner), and nothing fixed. In addition, they overcharged me $153. They removed it when I challenged it, but had I not mentioned it, they would’ve charged me. I set up an appointment to have them look at front running lights which flicker and go off. I was told that the lights were after market, and not covered under warranty. It would have been $800 to replace them. Initially I reluctantly said yes and was assured the car would be ready by end of day Thursday. I left 2 messages Thursday that went unreturned. I contacted my sales rep Friday to tell him it wasn’t worth it for me to pay $800 plus tax for an insignificant replacement. Frankly I still have a hard time believing the lights were aftermarket. And if they were, why wasn’t that divulged to me when I bought the Jeep Certified Pre-Owned? I should’ve been informed of any parts not covered by the warranty Overall, the service experience was a total failure. The one thing you did repair was the wipers. I asked for new refills, and they put on new blades, at a cost of $80. Had I gone to an auto supply store instead of Faulkner, I’d be out about $20, with NO loss of usage of my Jeep, and would have avoided paying you $260. More
Outstanding service. The service department always takes good care of me and makes the experience simple and easy. The service department always takes good care of me and makes the experience simple and easy. More
Communication is great in the service department and they don’t just treat me like a number. It’s like bringing my car in to a family member who’s going to work on it. I also appreciate them double checking don’t just treat me like a number. It’s like bringing my car in to a family member who’s going to work on it. I also appreciate them double checking to see what services that were approved to be done. The initial greeter is very knowledgeable too so it makes explaining what’s happened easy to get across. For the icing on top, everyone is friendly (even when I can be a little panicked sometimes). More
