I came in today for what I thought would a be if free oil change, due to a time expiration I lost out on my last oil change. I am retired and living in Florida for the winters and did not realize that I was change, due to a time expiration I lost out on my last oil change. I am retired and living in Florida for the winters and did not realize that I was going to lose my last free oil change. As you can tell we do not drive a lot and the free oil change should not be within a given time period but should be honored since when we bought the car it was included! Secondly as a business owner I feel your dealership is very greedy by charging excessively high markups on products that you sell! I totally understand that you have to make a profit but you don’t have to go as far as xxxxxx someone by crazy high markups! More
