June 3rd, i found a 19 Ram online and made the decision to inquire. Upon inquiring, i made a deposit to hold it till weekend. He said he "didnt think the ram would be done by Saturday" as it needed two bumpers painted and installed. From the beginning, i was lowballed on my trade by austin, and told to "just sell it private party", which i did the very next day. Friday comes, and i inquire on the readiness of the ram. It wasn't ready, and Austin stated that he had no idea when it'd be done. Another week passes, and Austin states it should be ready by Thursday, 6/13/24. After taking time off of work to tend to the truck deal, i get a call Wednesday stating it'd be likely finished for Saturday as all the parts were in. Come friday, austin states the truck still wont be done. I mentioned to him that i sold my vehicle and had no transportation, to which he replied harshly, "you're the one that sold your jeep that quickly, thats not on me". I explained that i felt cheated and disregarded to which he replied "we can just refund you and sell it to someone else" "Faulkner, to be sure"..... to be sure of what? That their dealership is comprised of arrogant, deceptive management? More

Awful experience. Bought my car there and taken it there for service the whole time I owned the car. Starter went bad with only 40k miles on the car. They said they couldn’t look at the car for 3 weeks after it was taken there. They also would not provide a loaner vehicle unless I paid for it because they would need to run a diagnostic test first. Asked if they could run the diagnostic sooner and work on replacing the needed part when the schedule allowed. They refused. After the starter was replaced they said I needed a new battery. The battery was only a few months old. I asked them to remove the battery from the car so I can take it to autozone since it was still under warranty. I then received a call stating that the battery was fine and I can pick up the plate. Why buy your car at the dealer and take it to the dealer for services if they aren’t willing to work with you. I finally got my car back on a Monday and traded it in that Friday at a different dealership. Would not recommend Faulkner to anyone. More
