Terrible. I had a waiting appointment @ 9:30 and was told that I had to leave it because they were down to technicians. I had to wait about an hour until they I had a waiting appointment @ 9:30 and was told that I had to leave it because they were down to technicians. I had to wait about an hour until they got it in the shop. My truck is under warranty and they refused to replace the tail light under warranty because they said it was in a rear collision. I had my truck at Faulkner collision two weeks before this appointment. They inform me that the tail light was not damaged and it needs to be replaced under warranty, furthermore, the rear bumper damage happened months ago, and the tail light stopped working days before I took it to the collision center. I made the appointment to have it replaced at Faulkner Ram (same dealership that owned Faulkner collision) the service advisor argued with me, even after showing him the Faulkner collision estimate report. I ended up paying $1800 out of my own pocket to have this tail replaced. This is probably the worst car experience I’ve ever had. How can the same company tell me that the tail light needs replaced under warranty and then their service department says it’s not under warranty because the rear bumper was damaged in a collision. I had written proof that the tail light was not damaged when the bumper got dinged. I’ll be calling Chrysler to see if I can make this right. I am very dissatisfied. While I waited 2 1/2 hours for this. I talk to a young lady about even purchasing a new truck. Sh was working me up pricing and give me options. But honestly, after what I went through, I don’t know that I’ll ever buy another Ram again. If I do, it definitely will not be from Faulkner! More
