They managed to screw up installation, left couple of bolts not tightened well. Picked up car and right away noticed noises coming from drive shaft. Returned car next morning expecting we are so sorry treatment and apologizes, well NOT. They say I'm imagining things and wasting their time. Rob, service manager, heard noises on test drive looked at me strait in eyes and said that is normal??? New car, didn't have any issues, they manage to create a bunch. Don't go there. More

It's a rare car so can be hard to find a nice one. Faulkner got a 2006 E55 in a trade. So, I called about it and asked Jon to send me some pictures, which he did. The car looked good so after Jon confirmed that he would hold the car for me I drove 500 miles from Bangor, Maine to Trevose, PA to see it. I got to the dealership at 9:00 PM so they were closed but Jon had parked the car where I could get a good look at it. Honestly, the car did not look that great. I found out next day that it had not been detailed yet. So I went in next morning and drove it. It ran great. I also discovered what appeared to be an oil leak near the oil fill cap. I wrongly assumed at that time that someone had just spilled some oil when the oil had been changed. That turned out to be wrong. After it had been washed and detailed it was beautiful. I bought the car and started my drive back to Maine. On my first stop I could smell oil. I knew something was wrong. Faulkner has a 50/50 drive train warranty on used cars so I figured I would be on the hook for at least half the repair cost. Needless to say, I wasn’t too happy about that. After getting back home I called Jon about this issue and suggested that Faulkner should cover the entire repair bill. I had absolutely no confidence that they would, but I thought I would ask anyway. After a few calls and emails with Jon at his suggestion I took the car to a Mercedes dealer in Bangor. They confirmed that the car did indeed have an oil leak. They repaired it at a cost of $740.00. Ouch. I paid the bill myself pretty much assuming I would never see that money again. The Faulkner service manager assured me that they would cover the repair. Almost three weeks went by and no check. I was *not* happy. Then, despite my doubts, I received a check from Faulkner for the entire amount of the repair. My experience with Faulkner shows that they are a dealership with integrity and a have real interest in customer service. There are many ways this entire transaction could have gone very wrong—but it didn’t. I know most people won’t drive 500 miles to buy a used car at Faulkner, but if you are closer I can highly recommend them as a dealership that stands by their vehicles and their customers even when it costs them.
