HORRIBLE Customer Service I purchased a vehicle and an extended warranty last year and was told that Valet service is available for inspections, repairs etc. The 1st time I us I purchased a vehicle and an extended warranty last year and was told that Valet service is available for inspections, repairs etc. The 1st time I used this service the driver was 3 hours late picking my car up. Yesterday I had a pick up time of 10 am. At 11 am I got a call saying there was a problem with the drivers and I asked to speak to the GM. He apologized and rescheduled the pick up time for today at 10:15 am since I work 3rd shift and couldn't stay up until they found another driver. While I was in Church for Ash Wednesday (8:30 am) someone called to confirm the appt. When I got out of Church I called back (9:25 am) and was told the appt. was cancelled and the driver was sent home because I didn't answer my phone. I spoke to the Sales Manager and he was arrogant and basically dismissed this issue. They suck you in when you purchase a $65,000 vehicle with all this extra treatment (valet service) but when it comes time to deliver they fall short of what was promised!!!! More

See Drew he makes things happen I went to buy my first Cadillac and since my brother bought many cars from Drew I went to see him.They had the car I wanted and the deal was simple,ea I went to buy my first Cadillac and since my brother bought many cars from Drew I went to see him.They had the car I wanted and the deal was simple,easy and with $200 dollars of what I wanted So Since there wa no bull,I gladly paid it because Drew was honest trustworthy and helpful.He also doesn't just wipe his hands of you after you sign. I love my car.Had small Onstar issue that drew helped me get fixed.Trust me go see him,he rocks! More

The worst salesman, finance manager and GM ever Did you ever hear of a salesman who literally begs a customer for a purchase/sale stating that his father-in-law is dying and he needs to make a sale Did you ever hear of a salesman who literally begs a customer for a purchase/sale stating that his father-in-law is dying and he needs to make a sale for the end of the month, or a finance manager who makes promises on a warranty that basically covers nothing and is worthless, and a GM who is aware of this problem and doesn't respond to your email request. That's Faulkner Cadillac in a nutshell. They made promises to my daughter and son-in-law and didn't deliver. They lack customer service experience and don't be fooled by there rating on Google. They probably had there family and friends as well as themselves writing them. It's funny how they become your best friend at the time of sale telling you to call anytime when there is a problem to not knowing who you are after the sale. Please if you are smart don't purchase a automobile from this dealership unless you like a massive headache. More
