We were very excited to purchase our new truck. Looking at the truck and starting the buying process went somewhat smoothly, but once we were with financing we felt very under heard. Four times we said no to the extended warranty and even called my wife and she said no two times to Corey about not wanting any additional warranty. They kept bringing people in to convince me to sign on the warranty and protection on the car. Leaving the dealership we were extremely upset and not happy with how the purchasing portion went. After getting home we canceled all the warranty and got our $5k back. The only thing we couldn’t cancel was the vehicle protection. We had to take the vehicle back for the detailing and protective paint seal. After getting the vehicle back, we found that the door was dented and scratched. This was extremely frustrating after we didn’t want the protection on the car and then this happened while getting it. Faulkner did pay to have the dent popped and touch up paint but it does not look new anymore. Overall we are happy with our truck but a bit frustrated on the pushiness of the warranty. No means no and I wish they would of listened to the first 6 no’s. If they had, we would of been completely satisfied with our purchase and the dent wouldn’t of happened. More
