Fast and thorough. I called on Wednesday 8-15-18 to get an oil change done on my Verano. They scheduled right away for the next day at 7:30AM. I had to ask what was done and if there were any issues. During the call I felt that the technician was in a hurry to get off the phone. When I picked up my car, the only person to greet me is the cashier who tried to answer my questions about what the charges were but admitted she really didn’t know much about cars. More
