Great service but slow. Came in for a inspection and oil change - Made an early appointment so I wouldn't be to late for work. Arrived early and then I sat in the waiting area for a very long time. after 2hrs of waiting someone finally came out and went over things with my car then I was told it would be another 40 mins. until it was done. Otherwise the service department was great and professional. More

Easy and Convenient I recently had some difficulty with phone calls using my GM Link system. My sales rep Brad recommended I set a service date to have the problem evalua I recently had some difficulty with phone calls using my GM Link system. My sales rep Brad recommended I set a service date to have the problem evaluated. I was a bit early for the appointment but they got me right in. They accurately diagnosed the issue quickly and it was a problem with my phone not the system. That was corrected and the phone now works well. Faulkner Buick GMC has been very responsive at every turn from the day I purchased the truck to the additional questions that have popped up since. More

state insp ~ routine maintenance Everything was ~ I guess. We took car in at about 0800 and it wasn't ready until after 1500. I was told that our car was put on low priority (my term) Everything was ~ I guess. We took car in at about 0800 and it wasn't ready until after 1500. I was told that our car was put on low priority (my term) because those who were waiting received higher priority. I don't think that is fair. Just because we don't sit and wait doesn't mean we don't want service and car returned ASAP ~ agree? More

45,000 Mile Service I dealt with Jack who is very competent, courteous and accommodating. I stopped in the day before and was told to drop off car the next morning. I explained my problem but the dash light, service engine light had gone off in the morning, after being on for 2 days. Since I was due for 45,000 mile service I agreed to their doing it. I dropped car off on my way to work and by 11:00 I received a call that it was done. The driver picked me up to get it. Very timely More
