Not happy I bought my truck four months ago and have had two issues already. I brought it in right at the three month mark with a check engine light on. The ser I bought my truck four months ago and have had two issues already. I brought it in right at the three month mark with a check engine light on. The service said they didn’t wanna cover the repair but eventually they did. I brought the truck in yesterday for oil change and asked the service guy if he could look at my steering problem. He said for 95$ he would. I said I bought the truck here four months ago and he said no warranty so I have to pay. I said that’s foolish so I said just do oil change. I went home and read up on the issue and apparently Ford has the steering issues. I bought some penetrating oil and sprayed the steering knuckle and it helped. The service people could of at least made a recommendation to me what it might be. They also never re-applied a new sticker to remind me of next oil change. Disappointed to say the least. More

Good/thorough service I had a regular oil change and knew I had to have some brake work done...I appreciated that the brake system options were explained clearly and all c I had a regular oil change and knew I had to have some brake work done...I appreciated that the brake system options were explained clearly and all cost/ options were explored. The only negative was that the option/decision for the rear brake parts was affected by the lack of parts on hand. That being said, I felt good about the decision that the service manager and myself made for the repair.... More

Annual Inspection The process is so easy and flexible. Originally planned to drop off night before but then called back & switched to later in the day - the next day - The process is so easy and flexible. Originally planned to drop off night before but then called back & switched to later in the day - the next day - and I would wait with it. They have extended hours early in the week so you can come later in the day and wait rather than being without a car the next day or waiting during prime time work time. My service specialist was Leslie and she was great. I hadn't thought to ask to have it washed before I went to the waiting room but happened to catch up with her a short time later and asked about getting it washed - she had already put it in as part of the service! Wait was minimal - just the time it took to get it done. More
