I made an appointment for 7:45am for a simple oil change. I was there and checked in by 7:40. At 9:00 I had to go out and ask the service advisor where I stood in getting the car back. He said he would check I was there and checked in by 7:40. At 9:00 I had to go out and ask the service advisor where I stood in getting the car back. He said he would check and came back and said they were finishing up. I finally got the car at 9:20. I find it very inconvenient to spend almost two hours for an oil change. I don't understand why it takes so long. More

Overall a bad experience. Your scheduler put my appointment at the wrong location, you couldn't offer me a courtesy shuttle, the part wasn't installed correctly, I had to move Your scheduler put my appointment at the wrong location, you couldn't offer me a courtesy shuttle, the part wasn't installed correctly, I had to move a work appointment because I was told my truck was ready and I got dropped off only to realize upon my inspection that the part wasn't installed correctly and I had to wait an extra 40 minutes with no apology or adjustment to my cost. Very poor service! More
