This is our 2nd car we bought from Faulkner. We worked with Magali ordering a new Acadia. She kept us informed the whole while it was being built and it came in sooner than expected. I really liked my sales associate Magali. I do not like dealing with the service advisor I feel like he has a vhop on his shoulder everytime you ask a question. I had an issue with my mirror I do not like dealing with the service advisor I feel like he has a vhop on his shoulder everytime you ask a question. I had an issue with my mirror and he wrote down the incorrect one and they said nothing was wrong. When I came in to pick up the truck I had to have a tech come out and show him the issue who was great but 2 weeks later no call or followup from my service advisor. Very frustrating and feel like the advisor does not care. More
