Got charge for something I already knew and didn’t diagnose the issue I wanted. Felt more like it was all about the diagnostic fee and nothing else to solve the real issue. Made appointment for 130 pm, I arrived early, presented a recall notice recieved after making appointment for check engine, service rep Vincent jumped right on the issue (they had only recieved notice of thi recall notice recieved after making appointment for check engine, service rep Vincent jumped right on the issue (they had only recieved notice of this recall this very day) being all that my original need (check engine light) needed a part ordered and would address both issues shortly when part is recieved. Note: my vehicle is the 2024 GMC Canyon ATX4 with 2,205 miles. Dealer and Service Department are first class. GMC however has created a huge question mark, we shall see if GMC will remedy their internal issues More
