After taking my 2013 GMC Terrain to Faulkner, MULTIPLE times for the same issue. Incurring 2 rental car bills and the first invoice almost $800.00, to have the issue occur again while traveling on rt 476 times for the same issue. Incurring 2 rental car bills and the first invoice almost $800.00, to have the issue occur again while traveling on rt 476 at night to lose engine power, AGAIN, Took vehicle back, and then was charged another $1 100.00, when asked if the original $800.00 could be considered and deducted since the original $800.00 did not fix the issue was advised about the loaner they provided. Then was told I was advise they were "ATTEMPTING" fix the issue with no guarantee 🤔 More
