Fast and friendly I had to have a tire replaced and it was my first time at dealership service department. Everyone was so nice and the waiting area was very comfortabl I had to have a tire replaced and it was my first time at dealership service department. Efficient. No hassle. Leslie is terrific! Leslie Leslie Leslie. She can give you correct info from the beginning. I don't hear I don't know - then have to ask 'can you check on it?' well, if Leslie Leslie Leslie. She can give you correct info from the beginning. I don't hear I don't know - then have to ask 'can you check on it?' well, if you want me to - none of the back and forth stuff. She is the consummate professional. I've never had any problems after service but I only have just over 8000 miles on my car and only had oil changes and tire rotations. A negative though: I know dealership prices are higher but that also causes you to lose business. More

Gotta Love Faulkner and the Service Guys Used myGMC app to schedule service for a Sierra truck. Had my first night drop too. Easy to do and Jack sent text first thing next day acknowledge rec Used myGMC app to schedule service for a Sierra truck. Had my first night drop too. Easy to do and Jack sent text first thing next day acknowledge receipt of night drop. Jack called letting me know the truck was ready and reviewed all the services preformed.
