Problem Solved I bought a used truck from this dealership and several days later the check engine light came on. I placed a call to Hugh Gillespie (sales manager) wh I bought a used truck from this dealership and several days later the check engine light came on. I placed a call to Hugh Gillespie (sales manager) who directed me to service. I was able to get a service appointment right away! Jim Keyser (service advisor) was friendly and ready to help. My problem was quickly diagnosed and corrected. I appreciate the service that I received from Tony Mazzola (sales), Hugh Gillespie (sales manager) and Jim Keyser (service) and would recommend this dealership. Other great Faulkner employees that have helped me with this purchase are Karl Graves in Finance, Melissa Carpenter and Joe Messina in Parts. More
