Poor customer service I would give a zero if I could. The service dept provided an initial estimate of 2 hours, which was agreeable. However it took 4. Worse than that, I would give a zero if I could. The service dept provided an initial estimate of 2 hours, which was agreeable. However it took 4. Worse than that, the service dept provided me with NO status updates, while customer after customer came and went. After 4 hrs I went and asked for a status - I was told 15 mins - 40 mins later I was finally able to leave with my car. A disgrace. More

A dash service light came on the day before a scheduled long Arrived at service before opening time on Saturday. Service representative, Leslie, took car in immediately to have a tech check the problem. Needed Arrived at service before opening time on Saturday.
