Overall Faulkner, GMC did a nice job fixing my truck. Faulkner, GMC was very professional they did call me to inform me what needed to be done to the truck before working on it. I just wish their prices were a little bit better; they charge quite a bit for the parts. The mark up seems a little high to me. They did get the job done in a timely fashion and I feel their work is good. Overall I was happy with their service and would recommend them. More

Wonderful Jack was very helpful and knowledgeable. This was the 2nd time we were in for this problem and he couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating. W Jack was very helpful and knowledgeable. This was the 2nd time we were in for this problem and he couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating. We where disappointed that a 4 year old Yukon with 81K miles needs a rebuilt transmission. It was covered by GMC just concerning since we travel often. Jack got us a car to use, he knows I am on the go with three kids in sports. I do love my Yukon and the team at Faulkner’s. My husband isn’t happy with the GMC but loves the service staff since we are there often. More
