After looking at the Acadia we decided to go for the lower model as I don’t need all the bells and whistles. The one thing stopping me from pulling the trigger was no remote start. I’ve had one for the past 12 years and was not about to give that up. They asked what they needed to do to get me into the vehicle and they were able to put a factory remote start in for me. (So as not to void the lease terms) Great team to work with, and stayed late for us to get all the paperwork done since we live 45 mins away. Easy to deal with and no pressure. More

By not applying pressure, their style, Brady and his manager John S., put me under a lot of pressure because I wanted to do aa deal with them.
