I had the privilege of interacting with Devante, who promptly and efficiently answered all my questions. The entire process was absent of any pressure or gimmicks, making me feel completely at ease. In addition, I had the opportunity to work with Jason, whose exceptional knowledge, superior customer service, and meticulous attention to detail were truly commendable. The transaction was smooth and hassle-free, making this dealership a recommendation I would readily extend to anyone. Interestingly, I wasn’t even considering a VW until I discovered Father and Sons. I urge you not to waste your time at other dealerships. Visit them, and you’ll be treated like family. Thanks again for everything! More

Gonna have to edit my review here. A couple months ago I gladly paid $200 diagnostic proactively for a check engine light that I was concerned with fail my inspection. I was given a A couple months ago I gladly paid $200 diagnostic proactively for a check engine light that I was concerned with fail my inspection. I was given a whole list of things that should be fixed but told that none of them would be a problem for my inspection. I requested that none of the work be done at the moment and I would be back after getting a good inspection sticker. Today I went for my inspection and failed for exactly what I took my car in for. (My not surprise face). I came back and spoke to Angela who informed me that I would have to do the same diagnostic all over again since it could be a different issue (same exact codes two months later). When I said I wasn't paying for a diagnostic for the same exact issue that wasn't fixed last time and probably wouldn't be fixed this time she tacked on to the conversation that I had previously declined replacing a dust cover wish had gone missing after some work they had done on my turbo. According to her, this dust cover could also trigger these codes related to DPF (mechanic had stated otherwise) and since I declined said work they would not waive the diagnostic. I reminded her that the mechanic had previously said why this cover should be replaced and that it was not related to these codes - personally, I think they should replace the cover since it went missing while the car was in their possession, but I have never pressed this issue. At this point she changed her tone and put a lot of emphasis on that they would absorb the diagnostic fee into any repairs tho they still would not wave the diagnostic fee. I asked if they would also be willing to absorb the last diagnostic fee as well and was told that it was for an unrelated issue so no they could not. End of the day, the first time I am the one that had to tell them that this could be a difficult issue to diagnose while they explained that it would not be an issue - totally false! They could have had a decent job out of this one. Oh well, they said if it was a problem I should just bring it back and they would get to the bottom of it. So that's what I did once I had proof that it was a problem and suddenly apparently we have a whole new story. Original review: These guys have always done me great! They acknowledge my understanding of cars and are willing to communicate on that level. They recognize when I say yes and when I say no. This company understands what it means to work for your customer and while I do most of my own work on my cars I am always happy every time that I do decide to bring my Audi here. Of course prices aren't cheap, I understand I bought an Audi. You get what you pay for. I would honestly say that they are entirely reasonable for a dealership and I will always come back. More
We bought our Volkswagen Jetta from fathers and sons 2 years ago. The car was still under factory warranty. Recently we had a problem with the stereo controls on the steering wheel not working and the tou years ago. The car was still under factory warranty. Recently we had a problem with the stereo controls on the steering wheel not working and the touchscreen on the stereo also not working. Scheduled an appointment and brought the car to fathers and sons to be fixed. Got a text that the car was ready. Went to father's and sons to pick up the car only to approach the car and the key fob did not work. After some time of messing with the car and having the Volkswagen representative come out to see what was the problem we got the car started. My wife was driving down the road only to realize the problem was not fixed. Radio still had exact problem. Contacted management at father's and sons and they gave us an appointment of Labor Day to come in and drop off car again and pick up loaner. Drove 30 minutes from my home to dealership on Labor Day only to find out they were not open to do so. I asked why the manager scheduled an appointment on Labor Day to do this when he knew Service was closed. Fathers and son's reply was that the manager had made a mistake and would call me the next day to reschedule.. That was over a month ago and have yet to receive a call from the manager to straighten this out or at least apologize for his mistake. We no longer go to father's and sons ,we go to Lia Volkswagen in Enfield.. More

Nothing but good things to say regarding my 5/10/2022 purchase. I dealt with DeVante (sales) and Jason (sales manager). Both gentlemen conducted themselves professionally, met my goals as best as they re purchase. I dealt with DeVante (sales) and Jason (sales manager). Both gentlemen conducted themselves professionally, met my goals as best as they reasonably could and provided a fair, transparent transaction. Polite and professional, I would definitely recommend the dealership. Much of my deal was conducted in advance through text, and the guys involved worked with my preferred communication medium. We sent pictures and VIN information, I expressed my trade goals, and I was extended a very fair offer simply pending putting eyes on my trade once I arrived. They honored the trade offer after a quick perimeter walk of the car. Perfectly satisfied as a customer. Regarding the new purchase: the car was clean, ready to go when promised. DeVante helped me set up the VW app and offered a thorough delivery overview of the vehicle's options, which I declined as I have previously owned a VW. Polite and professional salesperson, and there was NO nonsense, which I completely respect. Lastly, when signing the loan paperwork for the vehicle, the finance manager (Michael) was completely transparent with zero tricks or gimmicks. He offered optional coverages without pressuring me in any way, shape or form. No hard sells, no "You really need this..." or "Are you sure you..." He offered, I made my choices and he moved directly on from anything I declined. Smooth as glass and the process epitomized exactly what it should look like when someone buys a car. More
