Tony did a great job during our purchase of a new car. We had gone to the dealership for a recall on our Kia Sorento and ended up buying a new 2013 Sorento. I would highly recommend Kia of West Springfield to all of my friends as the example of business that really takes care of its customers. I'd like to just describe my experience in order to give an idea wh of my friends as the example of business that really takes care of its customers. I'd like to just describe my experience in order to give an idea why I'm so emphatic, without losing time with the empty words. I'm relatively new in the USA, so I haven't got a chance yet to build a solid credit story. I had been to two dealerships before I went to KIA of WS and I was really iffy if I was going to get a new car - Hyundai suggested the really high price for their Elantra and Ford just refused to talk to me. But at KIA they did all they could and finally got the realistic quote for me - and it was fantastic. But it's just the beginning of the story. I needed a new car to travel to my job and I was in really difficult situation as I needed it urgently. Due to different obstacles it wasn't delivered on next day, and I was really upset as I didn't have any chance to get to my job. I came to KIA to know if anything could be done and their willingness to help exceeded all my expectations. Tony Perry and the manager were like: "We're sorry to hear that. But you know what? WE'LL GIVE YOU ANOTHER CAR AT NO COST AND YOURS IS READY WE JUST CHANGE THEM". To say that it was awesome is to say nothing! I was deeply thankful to them as I didn't have to get involved in unpleasant talks with supervisors at my job; besides, I had to travel on that leased car (at no cost!) only one day and then I got a call from Tony and came to KIA to get my new one. What can I say? Great job, guys! Keep it up as you all are really special. Thank you! More

The reason why I am giving this rating is the following: Lee Vanotti is honest, professional and has no sales gimmicks. When you find a sales rep you can trust you go back. I don't have the time for the typical high pressured gimmicky sales xxxxx I've dealt with at other dealers. If I want to buy a car i will go to Fathers and Sons. They are the best. They treat you right. You should save time and get the best deal as well. More
