I was told to come back when I was ready and we would make a deal. I shopped around and about a week later I came back in to talk with Joe. I choose a 3 year lease due to the affordability. I had a budget to stick to and Joe helped me stay within that budget. We took care of all the paperwork that day within a few hour and about 3 days later I went back to pick up my car. I have been enjoying my new 2012 Kia Optima. More

Even though we already knew that we were going to buy a white KIA Rio 5-door automatic, Tony made the purchase a pleasant experience. Buying a new car is a very stressful endeavor because of the amount of money and the expectations placed on the automobile's longevity. Being KIA owners, we knew that purchasing another KIA was the right thing to do, but Tony pointed out aspects of the KIA Rio that we were unaware of making it even more appealing to us. Tony treated us with respect and his friendly attitude put us at ease. We were able to relax and enjoy our purchase. It may be another 10-years before we buy another KIA (what can I say – the vehicles last!), but I think you know what we will be buying in the future. Again, my hats off to Tony. He made the experience a pleasurable one. We feel we left the lot with the right car for us and our needs. More

Lee went out of his way to find the dark cherry color that I so desperately wanted since it wasn't in stock. Lee was a very good salesman. He said all the right things and was very friendly. In dealing with other car dealers in the past, I figured my experience here would be the same, once the salesperson sel things and was very friendly. In dealing with other car dealers in the past, I figured my experience here would be the same, once the salesperson sells you the car it's a different story. I have to say that I was completely wrong. I had a rather large scratch on the bottom of my front bumper that I didn't notice right away and when I brought it to Lee's attention I was expecting some kind of hastle and he was nothing but professional and very helpful. He also helped me with getting some money credited back to my credit card when he could have just sent me to the finance person who I originally dealt with on this. This is my 5th car from a car dealer and I have never had an experience with a sales person like Lee. More
