I like for a seller to be excited about his product but I don't care to be pushed as if theirs is the only product. In this time there are new cars on every corner all of which have good points. For me in this case the deciding factors were price, ease of getting in and out of the car and road noise. Also liked the room in the front and head space. We shall see how we like the service department as time goes on. I have high hopes all will go well. Zack has asked me to contact him with any issues at all as they might come up. Exceptional service I spent a long time researching not just my new car but the local dealerships. In the end it came down to a choice between 4 dealers, two were really I spent a long time researching not just my new car but the local dealerships. In the end it came down to a choice between 4 dealers, two were really local (including Farris) and 2 around a 40 mile distance from my home. While all seemed to offer something I was looking for only Farris lived up to my expectations and to their own commitment for service. I spent a long day visiting the dealerships to find three of them could not honor the services they'd advertised and quite frankly offered poor customer service and at least with two of the three with couldn't care less salespeople. At Farris motors I met Michael who from the very first, listened to my needs. He was honest, knowledgable, provided great customer service and didn't keep me waiting. I would highly recommend Michael and Farris to anyone looking for a new car. I'm extremely happy with the service and with the car I purchased. Farris motors lived up to their promises and won a customer for life. More
