Great customer service I went to farris looking for a jeep. I knew i may not get one because of my credit, but i found the one i loved and they helped me get approved (while I went to farris looking for a jeep. Horrible Never called after I got my car to check to see how it was going or anything. They don’t like to stick with your warranty took my car up there twice a Never called after I got my car to check to see how it was going or anything. They don’t like to stick with your warranty took my car up there twice and both times they said they could find what was wrong and it’s cause they kept erasing the codes and this last time I took it up there they have erased my whole history of codes and I have proof that they did so now my transmission is going out and I’m at 85,000 miles and my warranty is over at 91,000 so now I’m screwed so that’s Farris! But there for the people yeah such a joke! More
