I was having so much anxiety about buying another car. I had pretty much given up and just started praying that my car would make it one more year. Then the team at Jason Farris Motor Company called me, and reassured me that just looking couldn’t hurt and they would do everything they could to help me out. When I arrived I met Jesse Moore. That’s exactly when my luck turned around. Immediately Jesse had given me more of a chance than the past salesmen I had met. He listened to all of my concerns, took notes, and worked every angle to get me the best deal possible. He talked me through every step, laughing and easing all my anxiety. He really took the time to make sure I really understood everything that was going on. He went through every feature on the car so I 100% knew what I was getting, all while crossing off everything I needed in my vehicle. He reassured me the car I was purchasing was safe for me and my family. I really didn’t feel like he was just trying to get a sale, I felt like he genuinely cared for mine and my families safety. Next I met with Jamie, who did a tremendous job of breaking every thing down with the loan and all the things I was signing. He helped me get to a reasonable price, all while not having to touch my savings. What really set This team apart was the fact that they were willing to go out and meet my 88 year old grandfather to sign his papers so he wouldn’t have to drive over an hour. Now I’m more than happy, and safe in my new Jeep renegade! This team is PHENOMENAL. I am so thankful I was led to them, and put my trust and business into them. It was far from a waste. I honestly didn’t think I’d be able to get a new vehicle but thought it was worth a try to go in and see and I drove off with my dream vehicle!
