The reason for my review. I waited for the automobile I wanted to test drive as it was being repaired at a different location. The whole team @ Farris has been most helpful from the start and have kept their word on everything we discussed before the purchase was finalized. I cannot say enough for these folks and how they treat a customer; like they want him/her to be a repeat customer not a one-shot deal. More

Fantastic Place to get a new or used vehicle!!!!! I originally went to Farris Motors because I was interested in a Granite colored 2014 Charger that was posted on their website. I got there at opening time Monday morning and to no avail the car was already bought. I met with Randall Vaughn and he told me he would try and locate one that color if that is what i was wanting. He tried several places in a 200 mile radius but the ones listed had been sold as well :( They did have a Bullet Silver Charger with all the same features in the lot but was higher priced then the one i saw online. He was able to give me that one at the sale price of the one i originally wanted and we went to work on financing uggggggg!!!! My credit isnt the best because of a messy divorce several years ago and was trying to rebuild once again. I was expecting a 10 - 12% interest rate, but when i told him the maximum i felt comfortable paying for payments he came back with out going over that payment I wanted and got me a 5.99% interest rate!!!! I about had a heart attack!!! Needless to say I left at 11:30 with my First ever "Brand New" car and it was a CHARGER no less!!!!!!! The whole staff there was very friendly and I felt very comfortable there. Not like any of my experiences i have had at other dealerships in the past!!!!! I will highly recommend purchasing your next vehicle at Farris Motors!!!!!! More

I had been looking for a vehicle for about 3 months and had encountered nothing but rude and pushy salesmen. After hearing from a friend that had just purchased a car there about Jason Farris being the Dea had encountered nothing but rude and pushy salesmen. After hearing from a friend that had just purchased a car there about Jason Farris being the Dealer For The People and how her experience there was totally different than she had ever experienced anywhere else I was intrigued. At the dealership, I encountered the best experience I have ever had at a car lot. Mr Farris helped my salesman during the entire process and they focused on meeting my needs and budget. I never felt pushed or like I was being sold to, only that they were trying to help me find the perfect car to fit my needs. And they did, I now have a perfect 2011 Jeep Liberty and would recommended anyone to try Farris. They truly are different, and their commercials do not lie. They are the dealer for the people! More

BUYER BEWARE. The people that have had a postive experience with this dealer are very lucky. In January 2012 I purchased a 2005 Mercury Montego for farris motors within a week I started experiencing experience with this dealer are very lucky. In January 2012 I purchased a 2005 Mercury Montego for farris motors within a week I started experiencing problems with the vehicle. I just assumed that this was how the car drove. In April 2012 i took the car to a mechanic and was told that I needed a brand new transmission at a price of $3750. This is after I was told by Jason farris and Marvin Houston that the car had undergone a through 156 oppoint inspection and all service had been done. So after owning the car for 4 months I am now stuck with a car payment on a car that I can not drive all because I took the word of the salesmaen at the dealership. They have told me that they can help me with repairs if I bring them $2050. They are going to cover a whole $450 of the repairs on a transmission they found with a cost of $2500. So anyone considering buying vehicle from these scammers do yourslef a favor and have an independent mechanic throughly inspect the vehicle before purchase. Despite what the website and the sales people say vehicles on this lot are not throughly inspected. They are just out to make a dollar. More
