We had a wonderful experience from everyone that we encountered and will absolutely tell our friends/family that may need a car to come see you all. Buying a car is a very important and sometimes stressful thing to do, and you all made it a great experience. When we left the lot and were on the way home, we did realize that the rear speakers did not work, and the key charger did not work as well (not a huge problem and we were not upset by any means, after all it is a used vehicle), we immediately called our salesman and he was very apologetic and told me he would contact me the following day (the dealership had closed soon after we left) to take care of the problem. I received a phone call the very next morning from Matt as promised and a date was scheduled for us to bring in the vehicle. We also dealt with Jason who test drove the vehicle we were trading in, and talked with us concerning our financial options. We are very happy with our vehicle, and although we are hoping it will be a few years before we need another car, because of how professional and well treated we were, we will definitely be back. We appreciate all of you. More
