I had an awesome experience at Farris in morristown. Randall one of the sales people up front went above and beyond for me to get me a nicer newer car. As a matter of fact I got a much much nicer car with a lower payment he did everything he could to get me the lpwest interest rate possable and because he did my payment actually went down. I traded a 2018 jeep renegade that I bought new in 2018 for a new 2020 jeep cherokee lattitude plus it is a much nicer car and I still cant beleive that my payment is so much less on it. I would highly recommend that anybody looking for either a new car or to have their current car worked on pay farris of morristown a visit they will go out of their way to help you and are really friendly but dont just take my word for it give them a visit and see for yourself. Farris: The dealer fooooooor the people. If you ever watch or listen to advertisements in East Tennessee, then you undoubtedly have heard this. It's something that makes us laugh when we hear it, but un watch or listen to advertisements in East Tennessee, then you undoubtedly have heard this. It's something that makes us laugh when we hear it, but unless you go to Farris, you will never know how true it is. We went to do a trade-in this past weekend hoping to get a better used car. Irad greeted us outside and brought us in and took time letting us describe our needs to him. Then he went to work making it happen. I couldn't find a babysitter so I had two little ones getting bored and impatient and one of them even had a meltdown during the test drive but it didn't phase him one bit. He was patient and understanding and willing to do what it took to help us and not only did we do good on the trade, but he actually got us approved for a brand new vehicle which I am still drooling over. I went in thinking I would only be approved for another used vehicle. My first ever brand new vehicle, purchased on my 32nd birthday and Irad worked hard and made it happen. I knew he would after he told me what town in Tennessee he's from. Half of my family is from there and I know the good quality of people that county puts out. If you're in the market for a better vehicle, I've already done the work finding you the right dealership. All you have to do is head down there. I'm going to post this review on multiple sites because I am truly thankful. More
