I didn't purchase on my first visit as it was my second visit I'd do so! Everyone at the dealership was extremely friendly and I felt as if I were at home! This has been an unbeatable experience! Met Matt Owens in the lot and told him what I was looking for. He showed me around the used car lot and answered my questions about several cars. I really liked a 2013 Honda Civic but the price was about $2K above my budget. Matt did not pressure me at all but encouraged me to make an offer. I did and in a stress free environment we negotiated a price I was comfortable with. If you're looking for a new or used car you should stop by and see what Farris has. Don't waste your time Probably the worst car buying experience ever. I have poor credit and was lured in by the ads saying they would finance anybody. Every time I went to discuss they kept asking for higher and higher down payment. The sales person lied about how much better it waa for me to buy there rather then a buy here/pay here because a vehicle from farris would come with an inhouse warranty against my getting a piece of crap car, which is exactly what I was sold. Within two months of buying a car there I have had smoke coming out from under the car while going up a hill, flickering dash lights, check engine light that remains on, two tires blow out, and breaks already grinding. I was told by salesman that there was a full size spare which was found to be a donut that doesnt hold air long enough to get to mechanic. The door molding is falling out and there is something in the driver side door rolling around. The last two issues were brought up when I bought the car but never addressed again. It was like here's your car now go home. I felt pressured to buy the car as it was basically the only thing I was offered to buy. My other option was a small ford which I told them wouldn't work and then a Nissan that had to be jumped to start and then sounded like the rear axle was dragging just driving across the parking lot! More

He talked to us about what we were looking for, and quickly put as at ease. He was very nice, and never pushed us into anything we were uncomfortable with. We ended up with a brand new Dodge Journey, which fit our needs and our price point exactly. It's almost as if Josie could read our minds and led us right to the perfect car for us. The entire experience was completely painless, and only took a few hours. More
