Each dealer that we stopped at would automatically surround us and try to get a sale. We knew what we was looking for and was obtaining prices for the specific car in question. Our last internet browsing lead us here. It was roughly and hour and thirty minute drive but well worth it. The day before we went we spoke with a very nice lady on the phone and told her what I was looking for. We scheduled an appointment to come and look at the inventory for the next day. Upon our arrival we were greeted by Brian and we went to his office and discussed what we were looking for. After the brief discussion we went out to the lot and looked at the cars we were interested in. The process was amazing. Brian was very thorough and there was no pressure at all. We test drove the Jeep and automatically fell in love with it. Soon as we arrived back to the dealership we began the paperwork process and shortly after we were in possession of our 2019 Jeep. The staff was amazingly kind, polite and knowledgeable. Of all the dealerships we went to this was the one that made us feel like family. We will be returning for future purchases and will remain a customer at this dealership. More

Service Department is a joke! Warring do not take your car here for service! I had my Town and Country in for a shaking problem two times and they never did solve the problem. They Warring do not take your car here for service! I had my Town and Country in for a shaking problem two times and they never did solve the problem. They said it was because my tires were out of balance. So they balanced my tires which cost me $90.00. I still had the same problem. I took it back for the second time and they said nothing was wrong with it. I took it to another dealer two weeks later and they said my tires were out of balance. The second dealer rebalanced my tires for FREE and the problem is solved. Farris Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram has a very poor and lack of knowledge service department. Will never go there again. More
