Finally made up my mind. For the past 2 years, I have been contemplating getting a new vehicle. I was undecided about staying in a Ram 1500 or going to a SUV. After visiting other dealerships, I decided to try Farris. I'm so glad I did. I had found a Jeep Grand Cherokee online, and thought I would check it out a week later. Bubba Craig met me while I was scoping out the inventory. He was so kind and understanding about my indecisiveness. I was looking at trucks and the Cherokee. Even after a test drive, I was still unsure about what to do. Bubba never once pressured me, he just listened. I'm so grateful that he allowed me to take my time. Wonderful experience! I had a wonderful experience purchasing my first new car, and it’s all because of an amazing team of people who go out of their way to get you everyth I had a wonderful experience purchasing my first new car, and it’s all because of an amazing team of people who go out of their way to get you everything you want in a car at the best deal. The unusual part is they make everything as fun, exciting and convenient as possible for the consumer, not themselves. Having not so perfect credit is always an issue when it comes to being able to get what u WANT instead of what u can qualify for. Not at Farris! They made sure I got every option I WANTED. My son was sick and we couldn’t make it to the lot to sign some papers so Jamie, the finance manager, came to us very close to our home just to help us. Matt worked on the loan all day until we settled on a great price for exactly what I wanted. Randall was great explaining every part of the financing. Last but certainly not least in any way, Brian! He was great! He was with me from waiting for me on the sidewalk when I pulled up on the lot, treating my whole family like his own making fresh coffee for my mom, getting drinks for my dad and showing my 3 year old son where the toys were so they would all be comfortable. He stayed with me during my test drive all the while pointing out all the options and conveniences that were a part of my new car. Even after the purchase, he sat with me and went over everything to make sure I didn’t miss any of the bells and whistles. Brian was really great! Everyone there treated us just like family. It was a wonderful experience. And the icing on the cake is when my 3 year old son got the privilege of hitting the gong to announce the purchase of our new car! He LOVED it!! More
