Awesome experience !! So I have always been real hesitant to buy a car from a dealership let alone a used one.. Well Farris motors had one that caught my eye.. So I decided So I have always been real hesitant to buy a car from a dealership let alone a used one.. Well Farris motors had one that caught my eye.. So I decided to check it out .. Well it was the best experience I have ever had they are very professional and went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get in the car and also took care of my trade in and got me in well below my monthly note limit .. Also made sure the used car was 100 % to my liking as well .. Their slogan is " the dealer for the people " and they live up to it !!! They also have several military veteran salesman and I always like dealing with my brothers out side of the the service !!! More

Rude Service Department I bought my Jeep a little over a year ago, every time I needed it serviced the experience was awful. There service advisors was all rude. I understan I bought my Jeep a little over a year ago, every time I needed it serviced the experience was awful. There service advisors was all rude. I understand that my oil changes was free but that is something they gave me for purchasing the vehicle there. It would take 3-4 hours for a simple oil change. When I called to make an appointment for my last oil change I was told that because it was free I was going to have to wait almost 2 weeks cause the paying customers came first. I will never recommend this service department to anyone nor will I ever use it again. More

They work miracles here Dee was salesman and he did great. Very nice guy talked with me about sports and anything else you could think of. Dream truck Recently just sold my Ford F-250 diesel and had Ben looking for Crew cab black out edition Dodge Ram , we found one at local dealership but they were Recently just sold my Ford F-250 diesel and had Ben looking for Crew cab black out edition Dodge Ram , we found one at local dealership but they were to busy and only one person for the finance department and by the time they called us to let us know that the bank agreed someone was there to look at the truck and we could not get the money to put down to the dealership within an hour they sold the truck. We looked around the following Saturday and wound up at Farris Motors and they found what we wanted and the the price that we wanted to pay and ,later that afternoon drove off in my dream truck. Colton and the the other employees were very polite and helpful. More
