This is our 2nd car bought from the dealer here. the first one we bought for our daughter in 2016 and she loves it. There is another salesman in the shop... Scott, whom we knew from the first sale. He also is a number 11, in pleasant. This salesman makes you feel at home and as I said they are not pushy. they answered all our questions, especially telling us how to operate a new car. Colton also introduced us to the service department. Everyone in this business is really great. They do the best they can do and if it's not what you like then the attitude is "it is what it is. Since it wasn't a dodge, jeep, Chrysler they will not go the extra mile to help after the sale. I bought a Ford and they did not know the door security code, Zack tried a little to help figure it out but everyone else was like oh well. I found out there was only one key and same attitude of of well. Then when signing all the paperwork the guy made it very clear that it was "as is" that when we leave do not bring it back to his service department. I found out less than 12 hours later that both of the back up lights were not working but heaven forbid I take it back for a safety issue. I spoke with Al Dugger, sales manager and he said I didn't buy the warranty and its an as is vehicle so its your issue not there's. I truly believe they knew this and knew the problem was not a fuse or the bulbs and was a much bigger issue and didn't say anything when it was sold. Shame on them. It would have meant a lot and I would of probably came back and told my friends how good the dealership was, but not now. Oh yeah, so they sent my money to my clerks office. My clerks office called me to let me know they had received the paperwork from the dealership. They explained they sent X amount of money but the dealer collected Y amount and they should be giving me the difference. That difference was $378. I called the dealership and they or Kyle said they kept it because of local taxes. I had called the TN clerks office and ask them about local taxes which was only $88. After some time he finally called me back and said they had a check for me for $215. However, they said they didn't have the tittle to the truck I traded in so they were holding the money. I explained we left the title but apparently they had lost it. I truly believe that if my clerks office hadn't told me about the extra money and I hadn't said anything, that they would have kept that money. Its been 3 weeks and still no money sent to me so I guess we'll see if they actually send it. I am in the Army and asked about any kind of discount and they said they didn't give military discounts. That is only Dodge/Jeep/Chrysler that does that. They are not military friendly. Bottle line, I will make it one of my missions to make sure my testimony about my horrible experience with this dealership is known to everyone I know and I know a lot people. It started out good but went down the drain fast. This dealership is not for the people as advertised. They are out for themselves. More

Once you buy they don’t reply First off, I requested a Carfax. I was only given the front sheet. I had to ask for the remainder of the Carfax. They acted like I was asking for s First off, I requested a Carfax. I was only given the front sheet. I had to ask for the remainder of the Carfax. They acted like I was asking for something special. After looking at the Carfax, it was clear there was a recall on the catalytic converter. I had to call that to their attention. They did fix it; however, they were supposed to deliver the vehicle on a Monday. They did not. I called and was told it would be there on Tuesday. On Tuesday they did not deliver nor did they call. It eventually showed up on Wednesday with very little explanation other than they were very busy because it was the end of the month. Furthermore, after sending numerous messages to our sales person about the fact that there were no floor mats, I finally had to call and talk to someone because my sales person would not respond. According to the person in the detail section of the shop, the vehicle did not have floor mats when we looked at it. There’s a possibility I could be wrong, but I am 98% positive there were floor mats in the back section of the car. Furthermore, when I asked about a spare key, I was also told that they did not have one. I should’ve asked them to make one, but that thought did not cross my mind at the time. No apologies about anything. No phone call back. No reply to text messages. I would not and will not buy from them again. More
