Worst Dealership Ever! Fannin is a horrible place to get a car! I will NEVER buy another vehicle from there and I will never recommend anyone else buy one there! Apparently Fannin is a horrible place to get a car! I will NEVER buy another vehicle from there and I will never recommend anyone else buy one there! Apparently friendly and professional people. But, don't be fooled. I bought my car through the salesman named Chris Porter. The first thing he told me is that cars are usually worth much less than their Kelly Blue Book values. "A car listed as $7000 is usually only worth $5,000," he said. That is complete and total BS. So, know exactly how much your car is worth before going. They try their best to get you to buy their vehicles and I fell for it. Additionally, They sold me a brand new car that had no spare tire without telling me it had no spare! I had to pay almost $300 to add a spare tire/jack to the car. Furthermore, They STOLE the registration sticker off of my car license plate during plate transfer. I live in WV, but bought it from them. I traded in my car and did a plate transfer. During the transfer, the guy who gave me the plate back, handed me a plate with NO registration sticker. They issued me a temporary Kentucky plate, although I live in West Virginia. I asked the guy why he didn't put the plate on the new one. He said it was because the plate was not yet transferred over to the new car. He stated that meanwhile my bill of sale and the temporary plate would serve as my registration. He said the WV DVM would send me a new sticker and registration. So, I thought nothing of it. I waited over a month for the DMV to send me a sticker. Well, turns out they don't issue you a new sticker! I had to pay the DMV $5.00 for a replacement sticker! I called Fannin to complain and request my $5.00 because it was their fault. The guy I spoke to denied they ever took it off and said I had to call the finance department and take it up with them. So, I called the finance department several times. They never returned my calls. So, I lost $5.00. Cops said I will have to take up my $5.00 at a small claims court. I'm so angry at these people I probably will do it, regardless of what it will cost me. I have legal insurance anyway. Additionally, I was promised a remote start for my vehicle. It has been over a month since I purchased it and they still have not kept on their promise to install a remote start. In fact, since my car has push button start and proximity keys, I've read online that remote start cannot be added at all. Lie after lie after lie with these people! I called the guy about my remote start and he never returned my calls. They will avoid your calls at all costs. Worst business I've ever been to. DO NOT buy a vehicle there! Only good thing I have to say about them is they got me an out of stock car fast. That is the only good thing about them. I feel cheated, angry, and taken advantage of. I ended up buying a car didn't want. I gave 3 stars for friendliness, but friendliness means nothing when they do not solve problems. More
100% satisfied! I can't even describe how satisfied I am with this dealership. As soon as my husband and I got out of the car we was greeted by Shane Kennedy. He was the more respectful gentleman I have ever met. He helped us out a lot, got the car we wanted, made us feel like we was at home. They fed us for free, which was going above and beyond because we love free food. I mean who don't? He was real down to earth, and professional at the same time. You can tell her loves his job, and does a great job at it. The finance gentleman Jose was extermly helpful. Anyone is always worried about the financial struggle when your about to buy a vehicle. He worked with us and got us a price we could afford. I couldn't be happier with how Fannins treated husband and I. I will be back! More
