Just purchased from Family Toyota of Burleson and it was the easiest, most painless, hassle-free, pressure-free car buying exper Well, not any more! Just purchased from Family Toyota of Burleson and it was the easiest, most painless, hassle-free, pressure-free car buying experience I've ever had. I'm 72 and have bought many cars over my lifetime and this was the best. I did my homework and found a vehicle listed on their website that interested me. I called in the morning and spent a short time on the phone with the sales manager, Blake. He answered all my questions honestly and truthfully, we got to a price that was agreeable to both of us without any trickery. He texted me the specifics that we had agreed upon. All this took about 15-20 minutes with me at home and not at a dealership going back and forth. I went in to the dealership at about 1 pm the same day and Blake had set me up to meet with Tyler in sales. Tyler brought the car up and explained it as I looked it over. We took the test drive and everything was exactly as described by Blake. The deal had already been done on the phone in the morning, contingent upon my approval with the vehicle itself. What's not to like about that? Tyler then did the necessary paperwork, no add-ons, no pressure, because it was already agreed in advance! Next met with Derek in Finance and he was exceptional. Again, just explained things without trying to upsell anything or add anything to the deal. I was paying cash so had to get a cashier's check from my bank, so left for a bit to go get that and then came back. While waiting for a few moments in the waiting area, the General Manager, Dustin, walked over to ask if I was being helped and we had a very pleasant conversation. He didn't have to do that, but he did! Family Toyota earned my business and they will earn yours as well if you give them a chance. Excellent! More
