Family Toyota of Burleson sold me the car at above the advertised price. They did so by tacking on a cost for so-called "optional warranties". Those warranties "are included at no extra cost" with each advertised price. They did so by tacking on a cost for so-called "optional warranties". Those warranties "are included at no extra cost" with each Toyota Certified Used Vehicle (TCUV), per GS Administrators (Gulf States). The Buyer's Order shows the cost of my vehicle at a price above advertised price. They did not itemize anything for the optional warranties. Family Toyota raised the price for the car under false pretenses. After the check was written, they also told me that there was only one key FOB. Nor did they provide the priced TCUV window label which would have shown the warranty expiration date -- as part of the advertised priced -- not as an option. Only later did they provide the 160-point Quality Assurance Inspection Check Sheet, as evidenced by the lack of my signature on the form. I have complained. With my complaint, they provided a 2nd key FOB of which I had to pay $160 to have it programmed. The bottom line, let the buyer beware. Family Toyota has done nothing to improve the persona of the used car salesman. More

The finance person was cold, robotic and disrespectful. He set me up at 9.26% at 48 months after agreeing to 7% at 60 months on paper. Regardless of the limited social skills of the finance department- go buy a car from Jeff - he knows his products and will actually help you find the right car for YOU. This is a salesman. Just note----get your own financing in advance to pay cash to avoid the finance office - the rebates aren't worth dealing with that guy - yes I will pay $750 extra to not have another conversation with him.
