I was so happy that I bought 2 vehicles from Family Toyota.  I got to meet all the staff, including the owner,  Skip, who was very down to earth and welcoming.  I worked with Vu, worked one deal and he was so easy to work with,  got me exactly what I needed.  My other deal was with Manny, who was equally friendly and gave me another great deal.  Christina Mickens is who I met in the end and she was friendly and welcoming.  Derrick Mickens was very accommodating every time I've come in.  I met all the mechanic staff and they were friendly. I have bought 7 vehicles from these two individuals in the last 5 years and am very happy with their expertise and service. Since Family Toyota of Burleson opened up and these two gents are now assisting customers there, I will take my business to Family Toyota even though it is a bit further to drive.
