I had a great experience working with Jairus and a Greg. They didn't have the Sienna I wanted on the lot but through their friendliness, professionalism, and straight forwardness, I chose to put a deposit o They didn't have the Sienna I wanted on the lot but through their friendliness, professionalism, and straight forwardness, I chose to put a deposit on the minivan with them. Over the course of a couple of months they stayed in constant communication with me. After finding a vehicle I was happy with, they did a great job working with me even removing port installed options that were unnecessary! Who really needs cargo nets and charging cables that are $100+! All in all, I would definitely recommend Family Toyota if you are looking to buy a car. It was a very good process and I never felt taken advantage of and unappreciated. A++ More
