That long drive was soooo worth every mile!! We were taken care of like family from the moment we arrived to the moment we drove away in my dream car. The facilities were immaculate and very comfortable, and everyone was very positive and helpful. They even got me better financing than my own credit union was able to offer me! I highly recommend this dealership, especially Michael Boles, the Internet Relationship Manager. He was great. Even stayed late to show me how everything in my car worked and set up my phone with the car. More

I was looking for a particular model of used car, and checked around the Fort Worth / Dallas area via the internet before our trip from the Midwest to visit family in Fort Worth. Family Toyota had what I was looking for at at good price (better than I could find in the Midwest) so we dropped in. The price and internet pictures brought us in, but the rest of the experience sealed the deal. Our salesman, Richard, came out to greet us, was never pushy, and hustled on our behalf. The car was in great condition. Even so we weren't pushovers; we had lots of questions and a few concerns. The process was respectful and forthright throughout. I had done my homework and could tell I was getting honest answers. They even put the car up on a lift to show some of the car's features I wasn't aware of after the test drive. We went to the dealership on the last day of our vacation so everything had to be done that day. Everyone pulled together to get the car ready and paperwork completed. We drove back to the Midwest (the car did great) and never experienced buyer's remorse. Bottom line is I definitely recommend Family Toyota of Burleson. Their goal is repeat business and they treat you that way. The new dealership is beautiful, with features that make the visit pleasant for everyone in the family. More
