2012 Ford Expedition Purchase. Painless, no messing around. I worked with Jeff Raim through the process of research, out the door pricing, and closing the deal. He was a pleasure to work with. I had several other cars and dealers to work with over a 500 mile search radius and I choose Family Toyota over the others (price and low mileage). I had few worries when I purchased a one way, $330 plane ticket, flew to Dallas, was picked up by his assistant Michael Boles (who was also great to work with and very professional, ) and closed the deal. I was back to Albuquerque N.M. with a fine vehicle ready to work the next item on my "to do list" the same day. The 2012 Ford Expedition EL was for my wife. I still drive a Toyota Celica with over 285K miles, 1991 technology and still gets over 39MPG but that is another story. Thank You Jeff and Michael for the deal. More

Nice people and Nice place I bought a Corolla at another dealer last year but have used Family Toyota for service since it is near our home. I really liked the people and treatment and knew that if we needed another car, we'd check here first. Sure enough, we needed a car, I requested info on a car on the website, and Darell Shaffer emailed me with info. We met with him with the intent of test driving a 2015 Camry. The only one left was in the showroom and he pulled it out, handed us the key, and off we went. It was like borrowing a car from a favorite relative. We came back with the intent of possibly buying it and Darell did not pressure us to buy it. He helped re-work figures to help us on the trade-in. He and my wife and I talked like we were family. My wife, who has a Master's Degree in Marketing, commented to me and him about how very impressed she was how the building and people were geared for the customer. Everyone there we saw greeted us and looked us in the eyes. No pressure or rush to buy. My wife hates car shopping but she, who is hard to impress, was impressed with our experience.
