This location continues to impress me. I have been a repeat customer of FTB for 3 years now. From purchasing my vehicle, my daughters vehicle and using them for all of my maintenance. Ever I have been a repeat customer of FTB for 3 years now. From purchasing my vehicle, my daughters vehicle and using them for all of my maintenance. Every team member is friendly and professional. Last week I made the mistake of choosing convenience, I decided to take my vehicle to Family Toyota Arlington for an oil change because it was closer to where I was at the time. Big mistake. I won’t go into detail about the other locations professionalism, but let’s just say I left without a service. The next day I took my vehicle to FTB and I explained the experience I had the previous day. Dustin, the general manager was appalled at what he had heard and made sure that I got my oil change, tire rotation, and car wash all done within 45 minutes. He also made it free! Lonnie, my advisor was, of course, incredibly helpful and informative. I don’t know why I went somewhere else that day, but it will never happen again. Not to mention, I had my one year old with me who can be quite a handful sometimes. Every staff member from the salesman to, the receptionist engage with her, give her snacks, and are just all-around welcoming. If you are in the market for a place to buy a vehicle, or just for a regular maintenance shop, this place treats, you like family, and I could not recommend them more. More
